short video from the opening: (1:23)

First come the words, just common words. Then come the Us and Them words constructed into demonizing statements.
Repeat often and then fill up the media with the words. Before long an invasion with intent to murder innocent people starts to happen. No real reason to justify the horrendous actions to use bombs and missles to destroy homes, cities and all ages of human beings.
In no time whole generations of people, their familes and their culture are degraded, ruined, gone.
Just words, some of the most dangerous weapons ever devised by mankind

In 2001 Arthur won a Public Art Commission from Hillsborough County to create two sculptures made from melted weapons.

During the process of creating the artworks a local news reporter made this video that was picked up by CNN

"Components of Public Safety I" ("COPS I")

Stainless steel and recycled steel from melted weapons

        •

Five stainless steel sections (components) create a circle/star.

Four of the components are filled with raw steel

billets (square shapes) and rebar (round).

This metal within was created from melted weapons.
