        First come the words, just common words. Then come the Us and Them words constructed into demonizing statements.
        Repeat often and then fill up the media with the words. Before long an invasion with intent to murder innocent people starts to happen. No real reason to justify the horrendous actions to use bombs and missles to destroy homes, cities and all ages of human beings. 
        In no time whole generations of people, their familes and their culture are degraded, ruined, gone.

        Mr. Bakers collection included five (5) of Arthur's sculptures:

        Three (3) texted based works and two (2) found object assemblage sculptures

        Now his renowned collection and the five (5) artworks are part of the permanent collection at Yale University Art Gallery

        In 2001 Arthur won a Public Art Commission from Hillsborough County to create two sculptures made from melted weapons.

        During the process of creating the artworks a local news reporter made this video that was picked up by CNN

         

        "Components of Public Safety I" ("COPS I")

        Stainless steel and recycled steel from melted weapons

        Five stainless steel sections (components) create a circle/star.

         Four of the components are filled with raw steel

         billets (square shapes) and rebar (round). 

        This metal within was created from melted weapons.

        A second sculpture was installed at the Sheriff's station in Citrus Park.

        Four components form an incomplete circle and star. The fifth component, which would complete both, is lying on the ground and represents those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
