Mr. Bakers collection included five (5) of Arthur's sculptures:
Three (3) texted based works and two (2) found object assemblage sculptures
Now his renowned collection and the five (5) artworks are part of the permanent collection at Yale University Art Gallery

In 2001 Arthur won a Public Art Commission from Hillsborough County to create two sculptures made from melted weapons.
During the process of creating the artworks a local news reporter made this video that was picked up by CNN
A second sculpture was installed at the Sheriff's station in Citrus Park.
Four components form an incomplete circle and star. The fifth component, which would complete both, is lying on the ground and represents those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
